These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Strong Vocal’s website, web app, and mobile apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Strong Vocal lets you record speaking practice and receive AI-generated transcripts, feedback, and scores intended to help you improve. The Service is provided for personal skill development and is offered on an ongoing basis; features may change over time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content

“Your Content” means the recordings you create and anything derived from them, such as transcripts. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Strong Vocal a limited license to host, process, transcribe, analyze, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and upload Your Content, including the consent of anyone whose voice it contains.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or the rights of others.
• Upload content you do not have the right to record or share.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Misuse the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

AI-generated feedback

Feedback, scores, and suggestions are generated automatically and are provided for general educational and self-improvement purposes only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not constitute professional, medical, psychological, legal, or career advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid plan. If you purchase a paid plan, the applicable price, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable. Purchases made through a mobile app store are also subject to that store’s terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Strong Vocal and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that feedback will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strong Vocal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Strong Vocal operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
